Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely captivated by your new artwork, but if a piece isn't the perfect fit for your home, we offer a 14-day return window for original paintings and fine art prints. To ensure a smooth process, items must be returned in their original condition and professional packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our studio within 14 days of receiving your artwork to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide your order details.

• 2.
  Prepare the Artwork

  Carefully repackage the piece using all original internal protective layers and the heavy-duty external shipping crate or tube to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to the Studio

  Affix the provided return label and arrange for a courier pickup; we recommend using a tracked and insured service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once Julie has personally inspected the artwork to confirm its original condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
